1. Acceptance of Terms
eisberg studios provides services to you, subject to the following
terms and conditions, which may be updated by the eisberg studios
from time to time without notice.
2. Shipping
Worldwide shipping is free in our shop!!!. Shipping is by Swiss
mail. Shipping usually takes 1-2 weeks to foreign countries. If
you want insurance please let us know.
3. Pricing/Paypal/Bankwire
Payment is possible in Swiss Francs, US Dollars and Euros.
This is a Paypal shop, payment for international
costumers is possible with a Paypal account. It’s easy to
get an account if you have a credit card (in some countries without),
check www.paypal.com.
We made good experiences with paypal. There is no cost for you to
pay, just if you receive money. Payment over paypal is possible
by US Dollar or Euro. The price also depends on the daily money
exchange rate between CHF and US Dollars or Euros.
3.1 Other ways to pay
You can also pay by sending us money by Bank wire,
but it will cost you a certain amount (depending on the bank) for
you to do this. We will also have to pay to receive your money,
which is not in our interest. If you still want to pay by bank wire
(money transfer), let us know and make sure you pay
for the whole wire, and not only for sending us money.
Otherwise we can charge you with the fee we had to pay to receive
the money.
You can also send us the money in a letter to our address, but please
inform us before you do this and send us your order that we can
make a reservation! We do not carry any responsibility for lost
funds!
4. Returning an item:
This is only an option for Costumer inside of Switzerland. Because
of several reasons, like toll fees, money transfer payment costs
we can not guarantee taking back items that where shipped outside
of Switzerland. Sorry.
5. Wholesale:
If you want to order stuff for your shop, please ask
for wholesale prices.
6. Referrals and links:
The author is not responsible for any contents linked or referred
to from his pages – unless he has full knowledge of illegal contents
and would be able to prevent the visitors of his site from viewing
those pages. If any damage occurs by the use of information presented
there, only the author of the respective pages might be liable,
not the one who has linked to these pages.

8. Legal validity of this terms and conditions:
If sections or individual terms of this statement are not legal
or correct, the content or validity of the other parts remain uninfluenced

The terms and conditions are based on Swiss law; there is no way
of using international law against us.
